Facebook gets people in trouble, a murder suspect sent a friend request to a witness and got locked up
Mario Ramirez, 25, was arrested on November 13, 2025 in Charlotte, NC accused of protective order violation for allegedly sending a Facebook friend request to a murder witness.
Mario has been arrested many times, so much to the extent that he has even been charged with murder multiple times. He was accused of murdering Shandiin Sanchez, 20, in Charlotte, NC.
But those charges were dismissed and he walked away free. After that, Mario was arrested accused of murdering 22-year-old Tyron Ervin in Charlotte.
Hence, Mario is currently on standby for murder. But as part of his release, Mario was ordered not to contact the murder witness in anyway.
Mario is accused of sending the witness a friend request on Facebook. The witness saw the request and told police.
Mario was then arrested charged with protective order violation.
