Death came to a young child during the Christmas holidays
A kid died in Charlotte, NC on Gwynne Hill Road. The death was on December 16, 2025.
At 7:40 a.m., officers responded to a death investigation. EMS arrived and discovered a juvenile patient who was not breathing. The patient was transported by ambulance to a local hospital where they were pronounced deceased. Several murders have occurred over the Christmas holidays.
Homicide Unit detectives responded to the scene to conduct an investigation. The classification of the death is still being determined.
