42-year-old Tashaun Lockwood was killed in a car accident on Interstate 485 in Charlotte, NC while on his way to work on February 6, 2026. Tashaun worked at MRC Global, Inc.
At 7:20 a.m. Tashaun was driving to work on I-485 near the Oakdale Road exit, when a crash occurred. Tashaun’s vehicle was wrecked and he died on impact.
There is still no word on what caused the crash. I-485 outer between Brookshire Boulevard and Oakdale Road were closed due to the crash.
Tashaun enjoyed eating at Golden Corral restaurant.
Tashaun is from Orange County, CA he leaves behind his wife, children, and grandchildren.
