33-year-old Megan Tate was murdered during a shooting on December 2, 2022 at apartments in Gastonia, NC. Shiquan Ratchford, 22, is charged with Megan’s homicide.
Around 10 p.m. Megan was shot at an apartment on Spring Valley Drive in Gastonia.
Police found Megan dead at the scene. Shiquan was arrested shortly after Megan was killed. Shiquan is charged with murder and possession of firearm by felon.
Shiquan is being held with no bond. There is no word on what led to the murder.
