Police have charged 24-year-old John Graham in several recent indecent exposure cases. One case was allegedly caught on a ring door bell camera, allegedly involving the suspect masturbating in front of a woman in Charlotte, NC.
On August 9, 2021, a female victim advised that she was walking on Freedom Drive when an unknown suspect exposed his genitals and began touching himself. The victim stated that as she attempted to get away from him, he threatened to harm her with bodily injury.
The victim advised that the same suspect had also done this on two other occasions.
Shortly after 11:30 a.m., on August 29, 2021, officers responded to a disturbance call on Teddington Drive. Upon arrival, the victim stated that an unknown male had been continuously ringing her doorbell.
The victim stated that when she refused to open the door, the male proceeded to masturbate in front of her doorbell camera.
From information gathered, detectives identified the suspect as John and warrants were issued for his arrest.
On August 30, 2021, John was arrested and charged with communicating threats, indecent exposure by exposing private parts in public place, and an additional misdemeanor for violation of city ordinance.
