Jakaira Ortiz, 24, was murdered after being reported missing in Fayetteville, NC. Her boyfriend 26-year-old Julian Goode Wallace was arrested on January 12, 2025 charged with murder. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Jakaira was found dead on January 4, 2025 at the Lake In The Pines Apartments.
After an investigation, officers found Jakaira dead with multiple injuries. It is not yet known what method was used that resulted in Jakaira’s death. Julian was arrested on January 12th, he is charged with murdering Jakaira.
Julian and Jakaira had been dating for years, they had even planned to get married.
