LATINA WOMAN KILLED IN WRONG WAY DWI CRASH ON WT HARRIS, MULTI CAR COLLISION

Yaneth Del Carmen Guevara, 40, was killed on January 11, 2025, around 9:23 p.m. during a DWI wrong way crash with a truck on W.T. Harris Blvd. Charlotte, NC. Felix Davila, 68, is accused of being drunk and causing the accident.

Felix was driving a Chevrolet truck driving on the wrong side of the road on WT Harris Blvd. The Chevrolet collided head on with Yaneth while she was driving a Honda. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.

Felix also collided with a Ram pickup truck, that impact then caused a Kia to collide with the Ram truck. Officers responded to the scene and found all 4 vehicles with extensive damage. The driver of the Honda, Yaneth died on impact.

The driver of the Chevrolet truck Felix suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital. Medic transported seven individuals to area hospitals for treatment.

A woman was accused of DWI on Thanksgiving with a child in the car
