An investigation led to a review of surveillance footage and a search, resulting in the discovery of a mobile phone and vape devices.
Tiffieny was accused of using her jail guard authority to smuggle the contraband inside the jail to Kelton.
Tiffieny was arrested charged with providing phones and tobacco to inmate. Tiffieny was then fired from her job at the jail.
Kelton was re-arrested charged with posses phone by inmate and posses tobacco by inmate.
