Nearly all of North Carolina will be experiencing the presence of ICE and Border Patrol for deportation arrests, many trailer parks and high latino areas will be targeted
Federal immigration agents that included ICE and Border Patrol agents arrived in Raleigh, NC on November 18, 2025 for deportation arrests of illegal immigrants. Immigration officers will also be in Concord, Asheville, and Huntersville. Border Patrol arrived in Charlotte, NC on November 15, 2025 and then decided to bring in more agents to other parts on North Carolina. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

Raleigh Mayor Janet Cowell confirmed that Border Patrol is in their city. Border Patrol is on an aggressive immigration campaign to arrest and deport latino people. Charlotte Alerts has up to date coverage of all immigration news in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
In fact Border Patrol is racially profiling people, going to latino people just for being latino and asking if they are American citizens and what country they were born in, Border Patrol is also demanding driver’s licenses from latino people, a clear violation of the 4th Amendment that protects against unlawful search and seizure.
Probable cause is needed to detain someone and see identification. It violates the civil rights act when Border Patrol approaches someone just based off of race. Border Patrol even busted out the truck windows of a latino American citizen, agents approached the man just because he looked latino.

Border Patrol went as far to arrest a illegal immigrant at Walmart on North Tryon street in Charlotte while he had a cart full of paid groceries in the parking lot.

Border Patrol will target trailer parks across North Carolina and areas where latino people are known to live, shop, hangout, work, and play.
31,000 students were absent from school in Charlotte on November 17, 2025 due to their parents fearing being arrested and deported by Border Patrol and ICE.
