Jerobi died from a medical emergency. He recently had to use oxygen breathing machines in his later adult years. At some points he was in wheelchairs due to his ankles swelling.
In the late 90’s Jerobi attended West Meck High School in Charlotte, NC where he played football. Jerobi was so good that he earned a football scholarship to South Carolina State University to play on the offensive line.
