Jodi Duan, 34, was arrested on December 9, 2024 in a thriving upscale area of Charlotte, NC with plenty of new developments. Jodi is a real estate agent in Charlotte.
At 12 midnight an officer responded to a vehicle accident on Verbena Street. Upon arrival, the cop spoke to the driver of a Toyota Camry identified as Jodi.
The responding officer allegedly smelled a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on Jodi’s breath. Cops say Jodi’s eyes were red and glossy.
Standard field sobriety tests were administered on Jodi. Based on Jodi’s performance on the tests, she was arrested charged with DWI.
Jodi was transported to the jail where she provided two breath samples on a breathalyzer machine, Jodi allegedly blew a .14 blood alcohol content.
Jodi is a licensed real estate agent in North Carolina and South Carolina, she often sells high value homes and she is well known in the market.
