Another inmate dies at jail under terrible racist leadership of Sheriff Garry Mcfadden
On November 2, 2025 a jail inmate identified as 51-year-old Sandi Hill died at the Mecklenburg County Jail at 801 East Fourth Street Charlotte, NC. So many jail deaths have occurred under Sheriff Garry Mcfadden’s helm.
On November 1, 2025, at 11:40 pm, a medical emergency was called in by a detention officer in the housing unit where Sandi was assigned after she was discovered unresponsive in her jail cell. Sheriff Garry Mcdadden has exhibited racist leadership, he stupidly was heard on video calling his own employees racial slurs, cracker, and nigger.
Mecklenburg EMS arrived at 11:56 pm and continued lifesaving efforts as they transported Sandi to Novant Presbyterian Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased at approximately 12:44 am on Sunday, November 2, 2025.
An autopsy will be conducted to determine Sandi’s cause of death.
