On July 1, 2024 a Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department cop was shot on Steele Creek Road Charlotte, NC very near the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
The cop was shot at 12:30 p.m. At this time it is not known who fired the shots or what the situation was.
