This cop allegedly accepted sex in uniform to look past a DWI arrest for woman. Oh officer is there anyway I can get out of this daddy?
Tramale Cogdell, 28, is a cop with the Raleigh Police Department, he was arrested on October 3, 2025 accused of having sex with a woman on duty in exchange for not arresting the woman on a DWI charge in Raleigh, NC.

The encounter was on September 12, 2025. A sexy woman was involved in a DWI crash when she hit a parked car. Officer Cogdell arrived on scene. The woman was about to be arrested for DWI, but she then asked Officer Cogdell,
“Is there any way I can get out of this daddy?”
While in his city police car Officer Cogdell allegedly took the woman home to his apartment and had sex with her instead of arresting her for DWI, according to court documents.
The woman contacted the SBI after she sobered up and told them that she had sex with Officer Cogdell. The SBI then contacted the Raleigh Police Department on September 26, 2025 about the alleged sexual incident involving officer Cogdell.
Officer Cogdell was quickly fired from the police department. Officer Cogdell was arrested and now faces felony sexual misconduct of a person in custody, obstruction of justice, and misdemeanor willful neglect of duties.
