Sycamore Brewing owner Justin Brigham is accused of breaking into a teen girl’s home and having sex with her. This wont go over well with the wife
Justin Brigham, 44, is the owner of Sycamore Brewing in Charlotte, NC, he is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl after breaking in her home and getting in her bed. It appears Sycamore Brewing has multiple Charlotte locations, even inside the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Justin was arrested on December 10, 2025. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
The alleged rape was in Stanly County, NC. On December 10, 2025 around midnight Justin is accused of breaking into the 13-year-old girl’s home, going to her bedroom, and having sex with her.
The girl’s parents went in the bedroom and allegedly found Justin in the little girl’s bed. The suspect was gone when cops arrived, but Justin was found naked in a car nearby, he was arrested accused of child sex crimes including statutory rape of a child under 15, first-degree burglary, and indecent liberties with a child.
Justin is married with children. Sarah Taylor is his wife and co-owner of Sycamore Brewing.
Sarah said in a statement:
“Justin divested all interest in the company and will not have future involvement. Sarah said she assumed full leadership of the company. I am devastated by the charges against Justin and the pain this has inflicted on our family and others. Our team remains my highest priority as a mom and business owner.”
Several alcohol businesses have since dropped receiving products from Sycamore Brewing.
