A massive traffic jam on W.T. Harris was caused by Border Patrol agents arresting latino flower vendors
On November 16, 2025 Border Patrol caused huge traffic delays at the intersection of Grier Road and WT Harris Blvd. in Charlotte, NC after they arrested latino flower vendors in white tents on the street.

Unmarked SUVs and vans of Border Patrol agents approached the intersection and aimlessly ran after latino flower vendors at 2 p.m.

The latino vendors ran away into the woods. ICE agents chased them, some the suspects were caught and arrested, others were able to run into nearby churches for refuge and safety. Others got away after running into unknown directions.
The street raid caused traffic back ups and a protest. Motorists were seen getting out of their vehicles and yelling at Border Patrol agents, others were seen blaring their car horns.
Charlotte city official Braxton Winston was on scene complaining that people need to call “daddy Trump” and complain.
