Watch: A rich well known businessman was the target of an assassination at his luxurious mansion
Eddie Jawad was shot at in October 2025 while at his mansion in Macomb Township, Michigan. Eddie is a wealthy business owner, with multiple gas stations in the Detroit area.
The shooting was at 10:18 a.m. Eddie was at his mansion in a black SUV, as he drove through the property, a suspect appeared from between two parked vehicles and started shooting at Eddie.
Eddie drove through the yard on the grass to get away, the suspect ran after him and shot some more.
Eddie was shot multiple times. The suspect then ran into an adjoining neighborhood, got in a car with fake plates and drove off.
Eddie was able to call 911 and an ambulance took him to the hospital in critical condition. Eddie survived the shooting. The suspect has not been found.
The suspect had jumped a fence to get to Eddie’s mansion and waited for 2 hours for Eddie to exit the mansion.
