ARREST MADE AFTER VICTIM MURDERED IN FRONT OF RESIDENCE, VICTIM LOVED DON JULIO TEQUILA

On August 28, 2026 Nathanial Mackey, 23, was arrested charged with murdering Adarres Thompson, 21, on Yager Creek Drive Charlotte, NC.

Adarres was murdered on August 20, 2026 in front of his home. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram. Around 6 p.m. Adarres Thompson was shot dead during an altercation. Adarres enjoyed drinking Don Julio tequila and holding stacks of cash.

The suspect was later arrested charged with murder.
