Julian was found dead in the woods during the afternoon
47-year-old Eugene Turner was arrested on March 21, 2026 accused of murdering Julian Spencer, 24, in Charlotte, NC.
On March 17, 2026 Julian was found dead in the woods on Belmeade Drive in the afternoon. It appears Julian was shot and then dumped in the woods near a dirt road, railroad tracks, and power line towers.
Eugene was later arrested charged with first degree murder and possession of a firearm by a felon.
