Julian was found dead by a land surveyor in the woods. Julian was nearing decomposing stages, as maggots and mosquitoes were feasting on his flesh.
911 was called and responders declared Julian dead on site. Click here to see more dead bodies found in woods. Julian is from Rock Hill, South Carolina but he lives in Charlotte.
There is no word on if he was shot, strangled, or physically attacked. Emergency crews arrived on scene and determined that the victim was shot.
