Jessie Hurley, 52, was killed in a violent shooting on July 6, 2020. The deadly crime was on Old Lawyers Road Charlotte, NC. Apparently there was an argument that erupted into gunfire, which killed Jessie.
Jessie was shot by an unknown suspect during the argument. Jessie was pronounced deceased on scene by medics. Homicide Unit detectives responded to the scene to conduct an investigation, and crime scene search responded to process the scene and collect physical evidence. Representatives from the CMPD’s Operations Command, Victim’s Assistance, and the Charlotte Fire Department also assisted.
Jessie is the 4th person to be shot and killed in Charlotte in less than a week.
