A 3-year-old boy witnessed his mother and father being killed, the boy went days in the home with the dead bodies alone without food or water. Clifford Murray, 28, and Rosemary Gutierrez, 27, were boyfriend and girlfriend, they are the boy’s parents. The couple was killed in a murder suicide on August 23, 2024 in Miami, Fl.

Clifford and Rosemary were in a long term relationship and had a young son together. The 3 all lived in the same apartment. Sadly on August 23rd Clifford is accused of shooting and killing Rosemary around 12 a.m.

The kid unable to provide for himself was left in the apartment with the dead bodies of his parents for days.
A pregnant mother was found dead in a bed
The boy had no food and water. Rosemary’s sister went by the apartment on August 27, 2024 after not hearing from Rosemary for several days.
The sister knocked on the door but there was no answer, she could hear her 3-year-old nephew crying though, the nephew even tried moving the window blinds.
The sister then called 911. Emergency crews arrived and pried the door open gently to avoid hurting the boy.
Cops then made a gruesome discovery, both Clifford and Rosemary were found dead. A stench of dead bodies filled the apartment. The child had been left alone in the apartment for days beside his dead parents.
The boy was dehydrated, dirty, and starved. The child is now in the custody of the Department of Children and Families.
