Juan Lopez, 22, was arrested on December 31, 2025 accused of murdering Marvin Alonso in Charlotte NC. 24-year-old Saul Perez was the first suspect arrested in Marvin’s homicide which occurred on December 23, 2025.
Both men are accused of murdering Marvin on Kirk Farm Lane Charlotte, NC just 2 days before Christmas at an apartment complex. Marvin was murdered on December 23, 2025.
Saul and Juan are accused of beating Marvin and another man with a metal pipe close to 7 a.m. Marvin died on scene, the second victim was injured but lived.
Saul was later arrested charged with murder and attempted first degree murder on December 23rd.
Saul made a court appearance and was denied bond. There have been a lot of homicides during this year’s Christmas season. On December 31, 2025 New Year’s Eve Juan was also arrested charged with the murder.
