MAN MURDERED ON NEW YEAR’S DAY 2023 IN CHARLOTTE

Raymond Ningmua Ayumbi Ntungwen, 28, was murdered on New Year’s Day 2023 on West Tyvola Road Charlotte, NC. 28-year-old Michael Pringle has been charged with Raymond’s murder. Raymond is from Cameroon, Africa.

In the afternoon hours on New Year’s Day 2023, Raymond was shot and killed in the street. EMT crew arrived on scene and provided treatment, but Raymond was pronounced dead on site.

The shooting occurred during an altercation. In the hours following this incident, cops responded to a call where an individual stated he wanted to turn himself in, identified as Michael.

Officers made contact with Michael and transported him to police headquarters. Michael was charged with murder.

3 more people were killed on New Year’s Day 2023 in separate incidents.

A juvenile girl was shot and killed in west Charlotte on New Year’s Day 2023.

Another person was killed on North Sharon Amity Road during a fiery vehicle collision.

Also on New Year’s Day around 3 a.m. a victim was murdered near North Tryon Street in Charlotte.
