Delvario Boyce, 18, is accused of murdering 18-year-old Jaterrious Moore in Charlotte, NC. The suspect was arrested on September 10, 2021.
Several gunshots were fired. Jaterrious was found lying in the parking lot of a motel business and suffering from gunshot wounds. A second victim was shot at the same location and transported to a local hospital with injuries.
Jaterrious died on the scene.
Delvario was identified as a suspect in this case, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Delvario is charged with murder.
