Newly released video shows the Florida Highway Patrol chasing teenagers in a stolen SUV on I-95 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. 5 teenagers were in the stolen SUV when it crashed and flipped upside down.
The chase was from May 2021 when officers had been called to a home burglary, the suspects sped off in an SUV.
The SUV had been stolen in Miami. The Florida Highway Patrol took over the chase. The SUV hit several vehicles, which led to a highway sign being ran over and knocked down.
The SUV spun out of control and flipped upside down. The teenagers were hospitalized with injuries from the crash and later arrested.
Victims hit in other vehicles during the chase were also injured.
