On October 3, 2021 there was a homicide at Waffle House around 5 a.m. One person was shot and killed and several other people were shot at the Waffle House near Interstate 20 in Bishopville, South Carolina.
Suspects shot and killed the victim in the Waffle House parking lot. Several bullets were also fired into the Waffle House, where 3 customers and one employee were shot. All victims were rushed to the hospital.
Waffle House sustained shattered windows and heavy damage.
