Sir Battle, 34, was shot and killed on November 28, 2021 in Charlotte, NC during a triple shooting. The homicide was on Harland Street in west Charlotte. This marks the third homicide in Charlotte in less than 24 hours.
Shortly before 5:00 a.m., officers responded to a noise complaint on Harland Street. Battle was located shot inside of a house. He was pronounced deceased on scene by medics.
Two other victims were also shot and transported to the hospital with serious life-threatening injures.
There is not yet an indication as to what led to the shooting. No suspects have been named.
One person was killed on Olando Street on November 27th.
Another person was shot and killed on Sadler Road on the evening on November 27th.
