46-year-old Richard Marshall was shot and killed on December 14, 2021 at a strip mall on South Tryon Street Charlotte, NC.
In the 5 o’clock hour officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call. Richard had been shot in the parking lot of a strip mall during a dispute with a suspect. Upon arrival, officers located Richard on the ground dead.
Crime scene and medics arrived, a sheet was placed over Richard, indicating he was dead. The murder prompted news and police helicopters hovering over the scene.
No suspects have been arrested.
