On March 13, 2022 two people were murdered at a birthday party in Robeson County, NC. 20-year-old Randi Hunt was killed. A 15-year-old boy was also murdered. The shooting was at 12:38 a.m.
Robeson County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to Jones Rd. in Pembroke, NC. Randi and the teen were shot while attending the birthday party. A dispute erupted, and shots were fired. The shots sent people running in fear and panic. Some people were trampled.
Randi and the teen victim were not involved in the dispute, but they were innocent bystanders.
Randi was found deceased upon the arrival of the deputies. The fifteen year old male was transported to a medical center where he later died. No arrests have been made.
