On March 12, 2022 a 2-year-old boy was found dead at Park Road Park in Charlotte, NC at 9 in the morning. Temperatures were freezing.
911 was called and the infant was rushed to a local hospital, and later died.
The boy may have been left overnight outside. No suspects have been arrested.
