On April 27, 2022 Billy Barrino was arrested and charged with the murder of Jaleel Nivens. The victim was shot and killed on Boyte Street Monroe, NC.
Late on the night of April 27th detectives and the U.S. Secret Service were able to track down and arrest Billy while he was coming out of a convenience store in Gastonia, NC.
Billy was taken into custody and later transported to the Union County Jail where he is now being held with no bond on a charge of 1st degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
