On June 1, 2022 Delia Ruiz, 31, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for having sex with underage boys. Delia was doing this while she was a police officer with the Friona Police Department in Texas. This cop was so desperate for a man named Mr. Dick that she resorted to sexual relations with Mr. Dick’s teenagers
The sex occurred in Friona, Texas. Delia admitted that she began having sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old male victim in fall 2020, and continued the relationship through spring 2021, when the boy turned 17.
Delia further admitted that she began having sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old male victim in spring of 2021 after meeting him at the first victim’s home.
Delia sent the teens flirtatious messages and arranged to meet them in a church parking lot for sex in her car on at least three occasions. She sent them sexually explicit photos and videos of herself and warned them not to tell anyone about what they did because she could get into big trouble.
Delia tongue kissed the teen victims and sent them photographs of her breasts, vagina, and buttocks, as well as videos of herself masturbating.
A third teen got involved in the sex plot also. Delia sent naked pictures to him also.
After word spread of the sexual encounters, Delia was arrested in October 2021 and later fired from the Fiona Police Department.
Delia pleaded guilty to one count of enticement and attempted enticement of a minor, at trial the judge gave her 20 years in the booty house otherwise known as prison.
