A Burger King location in New York city was robbed on September 13, 2022 by a female suspect. The suspect walked into the Burger King and pretended to order food. Once the employee opened the cash register to receive her payment, the suspect jumped over the counter and took money from the register.
Other employees then came and pulled the woman over the counter onto the floor. One employee cut his hand during the melee. The woman was then put into a head lock.
The woman stole hundreds of dollars. The suspect was able to walk out of the store and get away.
