21-year-old Jaime Moreno Matias was arrested on January 29, 2023 in Charlotte, NC after a bad vehicular wreck led to the discovery of cocaine.
A car crash occurred at the intersection of North Tryon Street and WT Harris Blvd on January 29th at 2:46 a.m.
Jaime and several other people were in a vehicle when they got into a wreck with another vehicle at the intersection.
The crash was extensive, causing damages to vehicles and injuries to people. Jaime sustained massive face injuries including cuts, bruises, and long lacerations.
Some of the people involved attempted to leave the scene of the wreck. The vehicle that Jaime was in allegedly had trafficking amounts of cocaine in it.
Jaime was arrested and charged with trafficking cocaine.
