A’Rhianna Moye had her whole life ahead of her. A’Rhianna was shot and killed by her own brother in Louisville, Georgia. The girl was shot on January 12, 2023 and died on January 28, 2023 after spending 2 weeks in the hospital. Anthony Mincey, 17, is charged with killing A’Rhianna.
A’Rhianna was at her Grandmother’s home with her brother Anthony. Anthony was playing with a gun and accidentally shot A’Rhianna in the neck.
Paramedics were called. The girl was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance.
Staff at the hospital highly sedated A’Rhianna, as she was in critical condition. After 2 weeks in the hospital, A’Rhianna died from the shooting.
Anthony was charged with second degree cruelty to children, reckless conduct, tampering with evidence, possession of a firearm by someone under 18, and possession of a firearm during the commission of certain crimes.
A’Rhianna was the lead on the cheer-leading team and won second place in the Miss Seventh Grade competition.
