21-year-old Andrew Bennett, 18-year-old Tyree Lewis, and 19-year-old Keshawn Corbin were arrested on July 28, 2023. A shooting occurred at the Hunters Pointe Apartments on Reagan Drive Charlotte, NC.
Upon the July 28th shooting, the victim was found on the ground by police suffering from gunshot wounds. The suspect vehicle was seen speeding off from the area.
A traffic stop began, but the suspect vehicle failed to stop, a chase then ensued.
The chase did not last long, as the suspect vehicle crashed in the Hidden Valley neighborhood at the intersection of Cinderella Land and Sugar Creek Road.
Andrew, Tyree, and Keshawn were the alleged occupants in the car, they were arrested and charged with attempted first degree murder, felony conspiracy, and discharging a weapon into occupied property.The victim was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
