On October 28, 2023 Tevin Mayweather, 29, was arrested accused of breaking into a home in an armed robbery home invasion. The alleged crime occurred at a residence in Charlotte, NC.
A home was broken into on Milton Morris Drive at night. Four victims were in the home at the time, a suspect attempted to rob them with a Glock that was stolen.
The victims were able to over power the suspect and get a few hits in. The suspect was apprehended and deemed to be a felon in possession of a stolen gun.
Tevin was arrested charged with burglary, attempted robbery, possession of gun by felon, and assault with deadly weapon. Tevin had injuries to his face.
One of the victims sustained severe lacerations.
