Video: Bojangles employee removed her clothes. Idiotic cops had their knee on a innocent woman’s neck restricting her breathing, one cop was suspended.
2 Bojangles employees were falsely arrested in Charlotte, NC. The employees are Christina Pierre, 24, and Anthony Lee, 37, who are also married. Cops attacked and arrested them accusing them of smoking marijuana. But the husband and wife were smoking Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid also known as THCA, which is perfectly legal in North Carolina.
THCA smells like marijuana. A cop driving by with his windows down smelled marijuana and automatically assumed Christina and Anthony were smoking the illegal drug.
2 officers approached the couple and said they smell marijuana and asked if they were smoking the drug. Anthony replied they were smoking THCA and they got it legally from the smoke shop, Christina said the same thing.
But the 2 cops stupidly moved to put the married couple in handcuffs, which led to a physical altercation. Charlotte Alerts is now on Instagram.
Cops threw both of the victims to the ground after a brief scuffle. One of the cops hit Christina in the face.
Other officers arrived and put handcuffs on Anthony. 5 male cops are seen holding Christina on the ground while one hand is behind her back. Another male cop identified as Officer Vincent Pistone idiotically comes in and punches Christina several times and jams his knee into her side multiple times.
Cops on scene also had their knees on Christina’s neck, she told them several times that she could not breathe. Cops then put their filthy hands in Chrstina’s pants in a search for weapons. No weapons were found.
Both Christina and Anthony were arrested. At the police interrogation room, Christina is seen striping naked in anger in front of two police officers.
Christina was held in the interrogation room for hours, screaming in pain and agony, and at times berating police officers, calling them demons, racist, and the modern day KKK.
Officer Vincent Pistone was found to have used excessive force against Christina, Pistone was given a 40 hour suspension with no pay by police internal affairs. Prosecutors dropped all charges on Christina and Anthony within a week of the incident.
