Christopher Reed, 32, is a cop with the Raleigh Police Department in North Carolina. Christopher is a detective. Christopher was arrested on October 6, 2026 after assaulting a employee and customers at the Carolina Ale House restaurant in Raleigh, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

At 2 a.m. on October 6th Detective Reed was at Carolina Ale House drinking and eating food at the bar. Detective Reed got drunk and became belligerent.
Detective Reed is accused of attacking a bar manager and customers at Carolina Ale House. Customers hit Detective Reed back in the face, causing blood and cuts to Detective Reed’s face. The manager then kicked Detective Reed out of the restaurant.
Police were called. Detective Reed left and tried to jump a fence, his face was further bloodied by his fence climbing.

Responding cops saw Detective Reed walking on the street and tried to arrest him, the suspect resisted and tried to run. Detective Reed assaulted a paramedic on scene also.
Detective Reed was finally subdued and arrested. Detective Reed is charged with assault causing physical injury to emergency personnel, assault on a law enforcement officer, simple assault, resist, delay or obstruct, intoxicated and disruptive, and disorderly conduct.
Detective Reed was subsequently fired from his police job.
