On February 9, 2024 Shawn Davis, 29, was arrested accused of murdering Murahnee Johnson, 17, in Charlotte, NC days after Christmas.
Another victim was transported by ambulance to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
Upon the initial investigation, officers also discovered an occupied residence was shot into. No one inside in the residence was struck by gunfire.
Several months later Shawn was charged with murder, attempted, murder, robbery, possession of gun by felon, and discharging a gun into occupied property.
