A USPS mail carrier was arrested, accused of refusing to give woman her mail as retaliation for reporting him on allegedly coming into her home unannounced
Curtis Hooks, 31, was arrested on July 23, 2026 in Charlotte, NC. Curtis works as a mail man in Charlotte also for USPS.
Curtis is accused of breaking and entering into a woman named Tiffany’s apartment in the Summer of 2026. Tiffany reported the incident and Curtis is then accused of withholding Tiffany’s mail as retaliation. Charlotte Post Master Justin Henderson recently returned to work after getting arrested on a DWI charge.
Curtis was later arrested charged with stalking, breaking & entering, and trespass.
USPS was notified on the incident and took Curtis off the victim’s route.
