Damion died from a cocaine and fentanyl overdose, a stinking foamy liquid was spilling out of his mouth during death. His medical records show he had pre diabetes and high blood pressure too
Damion Robinson, 50, was killed in Charlotte, NC from the lethal effects of fentanyl and cocaine during Super Bowl weekend 2026. Damion died on February 7, 2026. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.

Damion was found dead at his family member’s apartment. Damion had collapsed on the floor. His family member heard the ruckus and came in the room to find Damion dead, a foamy liquid was coming from Damion’s mouth that had a bad odor. Damion’s body was cold to the touch.
His medical records show he had stage 3 chronic kidney disease, pre diabetes, high blood pressure, obstructive sleep apnea, and suffered from substance abuse also.
Damion’s medical records also show that he had past emergency room visits in 2025 where he admitted that he uses cocaine.
Damion had .34 mg of cocaine and 13 ml of fentanyl in his blood stream at the time of his death. Damion’s official cause of death is fentanyl and cocaine toxicity.
