Jonesboro Police Officer Zach Hobbs was bit by his own police dog on June 7, 2026 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The cop was bit in the groin and arms. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
In the afternoon cops were chasing a suspect on foot in the woods with police dogs. The dog tried to go over an old metal fence that was partially collapsed.
The dog was scraped in the private area by the fence. The dog then got mad and began biting the shit out of Officer Hobbs in the groin. The cop screams in pain on his radio,
help me, help me, I’m getting dog bit”
The dog refuses to let go after multiple commands to stop in the trained language the dog was meant to respond to. Officer Hobbs suffered multiple bite wounds to both arms, his upper thigh, and groin.
The dog eventually stops biting Officer Hobbs, other cops restrain the dog. Officer Hobbs was sent to a local hospital.
