A female victim was attacked by another woman at Bocao Sushi, the woman was bleeding from head and went to hospital

Isabela Borrelli, 27, was arrested on December 7, 2025 accused of hitting a woman on the head with a liquor bottle at Bocao Sushi located at NC Music Factory in Charlotte, NC. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.

The altercation was on December 1, 2025, at 2:00 AM. The female victim was having drinks with friends at Bocao Sushi when she was struck on the back of her head with a liquor bottle allegedly by Isabela.

At first, the victim did not believe the bottle hit to be deliberate, but then she heard the suspect state “you talking all that shit.”

The suspect allegedly then proceeded to strike the victim again with the bottle. The female victim covered herself for protection and was struck on her arms and hands.

Friends pulled the suspect away. Restaurant security escorted the suspect out. The victim was bleeding heavily from her head, she went to the hospital and was treated for a laceration to her head.

The victim required multiple staples to her head. Video footage from Bocao Sushi allegedly shows Isabela standing several feet away from the victim and then walking up to her and attack.

The victim and Isabela have mutual friends. Isabela was arrested days later accused of assault with deadly weapon.
