Kelly Lumsden had wet stains around her groin during a DWI arrest cops say, she had drinks at Truist Field
On September 18, 2025 Kelly Lumsden, 47, was arrested accused of drunk driving in Charlotte, NC after a Charlotte Knights baseball game.

Kelly was driving on I-277 around 9 p.m. An accident occurred resulting in heavy damage to the front of Kelly’s car and her airbag deployed.
Kelly told cops she had drinks at Truist Field earlier during a Charlotte Knight’s baseball game. Cops noticed an alcoholic odor emitting from Kelly’s mouth, and body.
Police say Kelly had red glossy eyes and slurred speech. Kelly allegedly staggered when she walked. The police officer on scene says a wet spot was around Kelly’s groin, suspected urination.
Cops did drunk tests on Kelly, and she failed. Kelly had a 0.15 blood alcohol level during a breathalyzer. Kelly was arrested charged with DWI.
