The suspect had multiple drinks during a fight with her mom on Interstate 77
Jonnasia Dandridge, 26, was arrested on September 20, 2025 accused of fighting her mother on Interstate 77 in Charlotte, NC.

At 3 a.m. on Sept. 20th Jonnasia got in a fight with her mom Janet Mansion. The two were out having drinks and Jonnasia allegedly became too intoxicated to drive.
Janet offered to drive her daughter’s vehicle once they got to the nearest gas station. Jonnasia became upset and began to talk about issues between the two from their past, Jonnasia then pulled over on Interstate 77.
Jonnasia is accused of getting out and trying to pull her mom out of the passenger seat. Arrest documents say Jonnasia began to punch her mom with a closed fist and rip her clothing.
Janet fought back and struck Jonnasia in the face leaving visible signs of injury, causing her to cry blood. Passing motorists saw the fighting and called police. Jonnasia was arrested charged with assault.
