Tiffany and her mother were arguing over money in a vehicle outside their home. The altercation escalated and Tiffany was shot dead. Watch video of a birthday party shooting in Charlotte.
When officers arrived they found Tiffany dead inside the car. Victoria was arrested charged with murder and given no bond.
Tiffany was a mother and leaves behind 2 young boys. Her funeral is scheduled for January 18th. Birthday violence and shootings occur for many people.
