A 4-year-old child was killed, now 3 men have been arrested, child’s mom died earlier
On September 17, 2025 a 4-year-old boy identified as Jayce Edwards was murdered on Cigar Court Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram. Jordon Davis, 23, Marquise Geurrier, 24, and Angelo Hudson, 20, were arrested on September 18, 2025 charged with murder. The child had lived with his grand mom since his real mom died earlier this year.
The shooting was at town homes and involved suspects stealing a Dodge charger from the property. Around 6 a.m. suspects approached the residence and were stealing a Dodge Charger. The home owner saw the theft on security footage and looked out a window, the suspects saw the owner and shot at the house.
The bullets deterred the adult victim, but the bullets did hit the 4-year-old son of the home owner. The kid was sleeping when he was shot multiple times.
The suspects were later arrested charged with murder. It is not known what proof the police have on the suspects.
