Joshua Aguila is the second motorcyclist to be killed this week in Charlotte
30-year-old Joshua Aguila was killed in a motorcycle crash on August 23, 2025 on North Graham St. Charlotte, NC. See more motorcycle crashes here.
The wreck was at 4:10 p.m., Joshua was driving a motorcycle when he collided with a Lexus RX350 driven by an elderly woman. This is the second fatal motorcycle crash this week, earlier Michael Bruce, 24, died on a Harley Davidson on I-85.
Upon arrival, officers located the motorcycle in the intersection on its side and Joshua dead. The Lexus had extensive damage to the driver’s side.
The old woman was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. Reports say speed was a factor for Joshua. It appears that the woman was not at fault.
